Naples Kid’s Camp
With the country in a state of emergency we are trying to do what we can to help, so what better way to give children a way to destress and learn more about outdoor activities they can participate in year round. We will be soon offering Florida Kid’s Camps, Summer Camps, Weekend Camps, Holiday Camps and other curriculum based programs for your youth outdoorsmen. This will be our 18th year running kid’s camps and I personally look forward to what will be our best year ever. We will be offering two camps this year. Kayak camp as well as scuba diving camp. Both camps will be limited to a maximum number of twelve students for the kayak camp and six in the scuba camp. As request grows we will try to add camp counselors to accommodate more children.
Kayak and Fishing Camp
Kayaking anyone? Campers will learn proficiency in kayaking as they paddle the quiet Cocohatchee and back bay waters and they will learn about the intricate web of life that makes these waters their home. We will also offer a Kayak Fishing Camp for the more experienced camper. Please contact us for more information and for us to get better acquainted with your child via email info@cruisefishdive.com or call 239-592-1200. We will meet each day at the Cocohatchee River Park Marina.
Here is a sample of what they will do each day:
Monday: First we will cover basic kayak safety, paddling techniques and safety.
Tuesday: Explore the mangrove estuaries and surrounding tunnel systems that make up the inter-coastal waterways of Southwest Florida.
Wednesday: Discover the marine life that makes the estuary their home as we take a scientific approach with different activities.
