I have used this vendor for multiple years to conduct both kayak lessons and private tours for the spouses of our Board of Directors when we visit Naples. Every year I received glowing compliments from our participants such as “it was like touring with someone from National Geographic”. This year they went above and beyond when we had to cancel our excursion the morning of due to extremely high sustained winds. Without my even asking our deposit was refunded.
